我国自去年9月全面加强对电子烟的打击力度以来，短短半年内就有超过5100人被抓。
162人证实持有“丧尸烟弹”
根据卫科局提供的最新数据，上个月再有840人被查，其中162人被证实持有含麻醉剂依托咪酯，也就是俗称“丧尸烟弹”的电子烟而被捕。

From 18 to 20 June 2026, the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) conducted enforcement operations at the Bugis, Somerset and Yishun areas, as part of ongoing enforcement patrols to detect vape-related offences. One male aged 44 was caught vaping. His vaporiser was seized and he was fined on the spot.
Another male aged 17 was caught for underage smoking. He has been referred to the Health Promotion Board (HPB) for cessation counselling.
Under the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act, which came into force on 1 May 2026, persons found vaping can be fined up to $10,000. Those found vaping etomidate can be fined up to $20,000, or face up to 10 years’ imprisonment, or both. From 1 May to 31 May 2026, the authorities caught and penalised 840 persons for the possession and use of vaporisers. 为打击电子烟，卫科局于6月18日至20日再度出击，一连三天在武吉士、索美塞和义顺一带展开新一轮执法行动。
《联合早报》记者上星期五（19日）傍晚随行观察执法人员在武吉士一带进行突击行动时，就目睹他们查扣违例者的电子烟，并拦查一名正在吸烟的17岁少年。
当时正值晚餐时间，武吉士街头人潮如织，当中有不少游客。许多烟客在用餐后，聚集在各个角落解决烟瘾。
穿着便衣的卫科局执法人员在各吸烟区和后巷来回巡视，一发现有人疑似吸电子烟，便上前表明身份并展开调查。
行动开始约半小时后，执法人员在一条后巷发现一名男子坐在凳子上吸烟。面对突然出现的执法人员盘查，男子十分配合，交出身份证。
执法人员这才发现男子只有17岁。虽然男子吸的不是电子烟，但涉及未成年吸烟。执法人员记录下他的个人资料后，按程序在他面前将他身上剩余的香烟销毁，丢入垃圾桶，过后再将他转介保健促进局接受戒烟辅导。
卫科局透露，若在行动中发现烟客吸漏税香烟，当局会将案件移交新加坡关税局跟进处理。

执法行动滴水不漏 楼梯间停车场公厕严密搜寻
卫科局执法时非常仔细，执法人员每次走到隐蔽角落，便会用手电筒照射搜查，不放过任何可能藏匿电子烟烟民的死角。除了巡查街头，执法人员也没放过夜店周边的商场，包括商场的楼梯间、停车场等僻静处。
他们连公厕也不放过，会检查确保没有人躲在厕间吸电子烟。据了解，在过去的行动中，就曾有违例者躲在厕所内吸电子烟被抓。这种地毯式的全面搜查，有助打破违例者的侥幸心理。
自今年5月1日起，购买、吸或持有电子烟的罚款，已从之前的最高2000元，大幅提高至1万元。吸含有麻醉剂依托咪酯的电子烟，除了罚款最高2万元，也可判处坐牢不超过10年。
吸丧尸烟弹也对人体伤害极大，政府已于去年9月1日，把依托咪酯列为C级毒品。
